Charity Song for Earthquake in Japan: "Unite for Friends"

13th March, 2011, two days after the devastating earthquake and tsunamis hit northeastern Japan, Blue Finger Records have made a proposal on twitter to create a song.

Nine singers and seven musicians have quickly announced their participation in this charity project, and united as "UFF".

Each member had began the recording at home, trying to save electricity as much as possible, with a firm conviction that we can unite with those who feel uneasy and lonely.

Within few days, they have created a song called "Unite For Friends" and began to distribute it online.

There are two versions. One is with vocals and acoustic guitars. Another --- Alternative Version --- is vocals, acoustic guitars, piano, electric piano, synthesizers, percussions, and contrabass.

You can download any of them for free.
Or, you can buy them, and UFF will donate the total sales, except the PayPal fee, to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
